Royal Dutch Golf Federation (NGF)
The Royal Dutch Golf Federation is supporting Plan International through golf tournaments in 2023. As the chosen charity partner of the NGF Family Golf Tournament and Big Green Egg Open, Plan International and its projects will benefit from fundraising at dozens of events throughout the Netherlands this year.
NGF marketing director Danielle Wallet explains why the Federation is supporting Plan International: “The NGF wants to rejuvenate its membership and is hoping to attract more women. We are fully committed to equality and diversity. Every year, the NGF finds ways to give back to society. This year it has chosen to support Plan International in its efforts to empower girls and young women worldwide. Plan International does remarkable work that is urgently needed and the NGF is keen to contribute.”
NGF Family Golf Tournament
This year, all of the money raised by the NGF Family Golf Tournament will go to Plan International. This is the first time the entire proceeds are being donated to one charity. The event raises around €20,000 each year thanks to generous contributions from the participants.
